2. Account and responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data and for keeping account credentials secure.
3. Listing content
False, illegal, offensive, or third-party rights infringing content is not allowed. We reserve moderation rights.
4. Paid services
Promotions and other premium services are optional and billed according to the offer shown at checkout.
5. Limitation of liability
Locuit provides technical platform infrastructure and does not guarantee a transaction outcome between users.
6. Account suspension and moderation
We may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts/listings that violate these terms, applicable law, or community rules.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably or by competent courts.
